Terms of shipping

At Opal coffee roasters we ship orders with Royal Mail & UPS.

Once an order has been placed you will receive a tracking number, followed by a fulfilment email.

orders placed weekdays will be shipped the next available working day, for any reason your order may have a delay in fulfilment you will be contacted by email to address the delay.

Missed deliveries

If for any reason you, the customer is not available to take delivery & goods are returned. No refund policy will take place.
